We use the term "travel advisor" because we do far more than simply book a hotel or airline ticket. We provide personal insight based on our on-the-ground experience to take the guesswork out of travel. We can tell you the best time to go to avoid the crowds and where the locals eat. And, like most things in life, our business is built on personal relationships -- with hoteliers, private guides, and preferred partners to name a few. These relationships allow us to provide you with exceptional experiences that will transform the way you travel.

Martha King Travel works with you on a consultative & collaborative basis to design the right trip for you, making the most of your most precious asset, time. Below is an outline of our planning & consultation fees. For more detailed information or questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Travel Design Fee
$250 per person for up to 2 weeks of travel and 2 countries
For more than 3 countries and/or 3+ weeks of travel- Advised after Initial Discover Call
Hotel Only (no research)
Often waived if you know when you want to go, property you want to stay, and want to take advantage of Virtuoso amenities.
$100 per hotel for research involved in finding the perfect property.
Concierge Services:
$150 For up to 5 reservations (including dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, hotel activities, etc.) In addition to other consulting and management fees.
Air Travel
$50 per person ticketing fee
Includes research, booking, and day-of flight monitoring/support. In addition to standard travel consulting and management fees. Does not include award ticket travel. We are happy to refer you to our preferred points/mileage experts. Additional fees apply.
Private Air bookings carry no additional fee for clients already planning with Martha King Travel
Booking Within 60 Days of Departure
$250 in addition to standard travel consultation and management fees.
