Confirm & CONNECT

With your trip finalized, our work continues behind the scenes. We stay closely connected to you and to our trusted partners, ensuring every detail is aligned. It’s part of our commitment to making the lead-up as memorable as the journey itself.

Commence & Capture

You’re off! With everything in place, all that’s left is to enjoy the journey. When you return, we’ll reconnect to gather stories, favorite moments, and inspiration for wherever your passport (and imagination) might take you next.

Travel Design Fee
Custom itinerary planning for up to 2 weeks and 2 countries. For more than 3 countries or 3+ weeks, pricing is shared after our Initial Discovery Call.

Hotel Only
Know when and where you want to go? Often waived when booking a specific property with Virtuoso perks. If research is needed, we’ll find the perfect stay.

Concierge Services
Up to 5 tailored reservations—dining, spa, tee times, hotel activities, and more. For travelers who love the little details just so.

Air Travel
Includes flight research, booking, and day-of monitoring. Points travel not included—we’re happy to refer our preferred mileage wizards.

Private Air
For clients planning a full itinerary with Martha King Travel—private air booking included with no additional fee.

For trips booked inside of 60 days from departure, to ensure proper planning and polish.
