Custom Trip Consultation Services $250 per person

• For trips 10 days or less, travel to one country, 1-6 travelers in the same household, and 12 hours of travel consultation services

• For trips to the Caribbean and coastal areas of Mexico, the fee covers up to two (2) trip proposals for islands or resorts in these areas  

• Additional Caribbean/Mexico proposals available for $150 per proposal

Cruise $250 per person

• Additional fees may apply for pre and post cruise stays.

Hotel Only Inquire

• Often waived if you know when you want to go, property you want to stay, and want to take advantage of Virtuoso amenities

• Begin at $100 per property for research involved in finding the perfect property, room, etc..

Concierge Services $500

• For up to 5 reservations (including dining reservations, spa appointments, tee times, hotel activities, etc.)

• In addition to other consulting and management fees 

Flight Management $50 per person ticketing fee

Note: Clients may choose to research and book their own flights.

• Research into best schedules and airfares

• Additional fees apply for client requested changes, cancellations after time of ticketing, and after hours (non-travel days) assistance, award ticket travel.

 *We also handle private aviation requests. 

Booking Within 60 Days of Departure $250

• In addition to standard travel consultation and management fees
